What’s ‘The Motto’ now? Drake admits to sleeping with L’il Wayne’s girlfriend

Drake & L'il Wayne

L’il Wayne has revealed shocking details that Drake had sex with his girlfriend in a new tell-all book. The confession was given to Wayne while he was serving out an 8-month sentence in 2010 at Riker’s Island for criminal possession of a weapon stemming from an incident in 2007. The news was of course a painful revelation to Wayne who helped launch Drake’s career after signing him to his record label, Young Money Entertainment in 2009. Sources at TMZ have revealed that the ‘No Worries’ rapper has been shopping the manuscript around to several publishers and they have obtained a portion of the proposal. Apparently Drake paid L’il Wayne a not-so friendly visit at Riker’s and confessed with a somewhat cryptic message, “Yeah, it’s true. Don’t f*** with her like that cause I did f*** her.” L'il Wayne Wayne was supposedly so depressed by the news that he then didn’t leave his cell for days. Perhaps he did manage to pick up a pen while he was in there however, as he wrote of the disclosure, “This is the type of s**t that a man never wants to find out when he’s locked up. Or, maybe so, cause only God knows what I would have done if I wasn’t locked up right now.” While it must sting even more to hear that kind of thing from such a close friend, Wayne admitted that, “It could have been any man. It would’ve hurt the same.” It seems this whole debacle may not be a complete betrayal, however, as the ‘Mirror’ rapper found out that the tryst with Drake happened just one day before Wayne and his girlfriend met. Though we’re saddened to hear of a possible wedge between the ‘Truffle Butter’ singers, we are definitely intrigued enough to line up for that book should it ever hit the stands.
