Mariah slams Nick Cannon on new song plus the top diss tracks of all time

Mariah Carey is back with a bang! The legendary singer is about to kick off her Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace and on top of that she just released a new single, ‘Infinity.’ In the new song she appears to be talking about her ex-husband, and father of her children, Nick Cannon. Talkin’ ’bout you’re mad/Could it be that you just lost the best you’ve ever had” Tell us more, Mariah! “Boy you actin’ so corny like Fritos/Wouldn’t have none of that without me, though.” She has a point – Cannon’s career really took off after they got together. He got some hosting gigs and even manages other talent like Amber Rose. “Is it lack of ice got you so cold?/Have you ever felt this on your own?/Why you tryin’ to play like you’re so grown?/Everything you own boy you still owe.” Carey isn’t the only star to drop a diss. Some of our favourite celebrities have had to lay down the law on their tracks. ‘Bitch better have my money’ – Rihanna Rihanna’s new single ‘Bitch better have my money’ is allegedly about how RocNation, Jay-Z’s record label, who she is currently renegotiating her contract with. The song alludes to the fact that she feels she isn’t getting what she deserves. The verse “shit, your wife in the backseat of my brand new foreign car” is supposedly a dig about Jay Z and Beyoncé who borrowed her Porsche. ‘For Everybody’ – Juicy J ft. Wiz Khalifa In the incredibly sexist (and not even catchy) song, ‘For Everybody,’ Wiz Khalifa raps: “I fell in love with a stripper, but the funny thing is a fell back out quicker….You all ’bout that money, that s**t that I throw. Just make sure you clean off that pole.” It’s a pretty clear dig at his ex-wife (and former stripper) Amber Rose. ‘Cry me a river’ – Justin Timberlake For years rumors swirled that Britney Spears cheated on Justin Timberlake, then in 2002 when he released ‘Cry me a river’ it was (sort of) confirmed. “I know that they say some things are better left unsaid/but it wasn’t like you only talk to him and you know it/And all of these people tell me keep messing with my head/you should of picked honesty and you may not have blown it.” ‘6PM in New York’ – Drake ‘6PM in New York’ from Drake’s new album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late strikes back at Tyga who said he doesn’t like the Canadian as a person in a recent magazine interview. “I heard a lil homie talking reckless in Vibe/Quite a platform you chose, you shoulda kept it inside/Oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage/You need to act your age and not your girl’s age.” Finally someone called out Tyga for dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner. ‘Back down’ – 50 Cent 50 Cent’s 2003 song ‘Back down’ from his debut album was directed at the once-popular Ja Rule. “I’m back in the game, shorty, to rule and conquer/You sing for hoes and sound like the Cookie Monster.”

Leia Smoudianis is a west coaster freezing her bum off in Toronto. The former (yet still very bitter) server is now selling vacuums on The Shopping Channel and hoping to get adopted by the Kardashians.
