Jerry Seinfeld and Julia Louis-Dreyfus reunite for the Internet in a hot web series called Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee.
The best news? They still have that great comedic chemistry they’ve always had — feeding of each other’s funny and eliciting all of the laughter from their audiences. They with their unique perspectives and gifts of articulation offer viewers hilarious insight as they roll around in this popular series, sponsored by Acura.
A basic format that follows Seinfeld as he selects a sweet vintage car and features a guest comedian — works for the series. In this episode, Seinfeld takes Louis-Dreyfus in his passenger seat and their banter is kind of the best. You’ll remember them from the 90’s sitcom Seinfeld — which you should know, unless you were living under a rock.
In Comedins In Cars Getting Coffee, Louis-Dreyfus says, “Do you remember…” to which, Seinfeld responds, “I love anything you’re going to say today that starts with ‘do you remember’.” This leads to an anecdote from her pregnancy and how Seinfeld wanted to handle it on the show.
