Former playmate, Holly Madison, has a juicy new book coming out about her days inside the Playboy Mansion – and it’s not all happy memories.
The memoir, titled Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny
, reveals that the blonde beauty experienced some seriously dark moments during her time inside Hugh Hefner’s world.
A release from publisher Harper Collins reads, “Life inside the notorious Mansion wasn’t a dream at all—and quickly became her nightmare. After losing her identity, her sense of self-worth, and her hope for the future, Holly found herself sitting alone in a bathtub contemplating suicide.”
Curious fans likely got a well-edited glimpse of life inside the Playboy Mansion throughout five season of the E! reality show, The Girls Next Door
. The show featured the weekly hijinks of Madison and fellow bunnies, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson and, of course, their shared host/lover, Hefner.
Madison eagerly dished about her new book last year in an interview with Las Vegas Review Journal
, stating that “reality TV isn’t really reality” and she believes “people are going to be really surprised about all the things I have to say.”
Despite her former struggles, Madison seems to now have it all figured out, as she enjoys life with husband, Pasquale Rotella, and their daughter, Rainbow.
The tell-all, which is sure to be a bestseller, hits shelves this June.
