Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live John Stamos revealed the best news ever: Full House is coming back for 13 episodes!
Netflix is producing the spinoff series with some of the original cast that is set to premiere in 2016.
“We’ve been working on this for many, many years,” Stamos said. “We were trying to do some kind of spinoff, but we wanted to give credit to the legacy. We didn’t want to just, sort of throw it away.”
The first episode of Fuller House will be a one-hour reunion show starring Candace Cameron-Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber.
“Candace has three boys and it’s sort of a reversal and we turn the house over to her,” Stamos said. “It’s a labour of love and we’ve literally been trying for so many years to get it right and I think we finally got it perfect.”
Hopefully they can get the whole cast together for the first episode including the Olsen twins and Bob Saget.
Full House isn’t the only 90s show we want to bring back. What about Dawson’s Creek, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Roseanne?
